Battlemages
Online, single player campaign
I[]R[]B[] studios, a b corporation
Battleship clone
Your character is a young mage, recently graduated from magic school and accepted into the king's army as a battlemage squire.
The first few levels of the single player campaign are the tutorial of course. Must pass level x to open multiplayer.
Multiplayer uses single use cards to modify battlefield rules. These cards can be won in campaign, multiplay(betting), and cards won by reaching milestones/achievements. Random packs can also be purchased. Cards can only be used 1-3 at a time depending on rules settings.
Advancing enough for multiplayer(completion of tutorial levels) also gains you your residence for services to the king and advancement beyond squire stage. Also initiates the main story.
Your residence is a large manor. You have to build it up by attaining serfs. Those serfs then attract various smiths and the like which allow you to upgrade your residence and equipment using to house/train pets.
Pets replace ships and various ones speed up timers or power up attacks, adding the likelihood of splash damage. They can be fused together to potentially increase their attacks. They can also be battled on their own in pit fights.
Pets can be retired or ______. Retired pets are no longer usable but can be examined to see their skills/wins: unlimited space eventually. ______ are still usable, limited space.

Singleplayer campaign:
The single player campaign consists of a various type of campaigns(battleship, match 3, hidden object, and others) as you slowly advance on your enemies, pushing them back out of the territory on various fronts.
No matter your starting nation, you're always the middle nation for singleplayer mode.
Concentrating on one front alone allows enemy fronts to advance. Switching in and out allows you to slow advances but concentrating allows for bonuses in some way. Five missions on one campaign front gives boosts perhaps?
Multiplayer campaigns:
Discuss with all employees for what they love most
Game play:
Seasonal changes to environment. Link to local weather?
Quarterly partnerships with charitable organizations, giving a special animal and bonus with percentage to company. Special animals have their own enclosures, never lost. Always fuse as primary when using other animals to upgrade.
Pit fighting creatures: computer generated random fights or pvp? Perhaps like crash arena turbo stars pvp?
Seasonal events that require adherence to timing or cash to beat.
Freemium format of course
